How to reset a lost or forgotten password
It’s easy to recover a lost password and regain access to your account, provided that your Twitter profile contains a current email address and/or phone number. Take a moment and make sure the information you’ve associated with your account is up to date.
If you don’t like the name you chose for your Twitter account, you can change it without affecting your existing followers, Direct Messages, or replies. Your followers will simply see a new username next to your profile photo when you update.
If someone is posting your copyrighted material to Twitter without your permission, you can file a formal complaint with Twitter. This section will show you how to determine if your copyright has been infringed, and what you can do about it.
